The Dental Implant Advantage

You can continue to suffer from failing and missing teeth and keep living with dentures. Or, you can choose the superior solution for replacing all your teeth. In fact, this solution—TeethXpress full mouth dental implants—has so many advantages, that the results are truly life-changing for patients! Dental implants function just like healthy tooth roots and when restored with a custom-made prosthetic, will provide over 98 percent dental function and look completely natural. In short, full mouth dental implants are the next best thing to a full set of natural, healthy teeth and will provide virtually all the same advantages.

Our oral surgeons offer the sophisticated TeethXpress protocol, a full arch dental implants solution that is fixed permanently in your mouth and will never loosen or fall out like dentures. Your new set of teeth is created from a single block of Zirconia or other superior material, making them unparalleled in their strength and lifelikeness to natural teeth and gums. Best of all, they’re created and personalized to you and your unique needs. The outcome of your treatment is a set of beautiful teeth permanently fixed to four or more dental implants that will provide near-perfect functional and health benefits for the rest of your life. For you to receive these amazing treatment outcomes, it’s crucial to trust your care to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon like Dr. James Ellis.

Our Transformation Process

Phase one: Personalized consultation

Dr. Ellis discussing dental procedure

Your consultation is one of the most important steps of your dental implant treatment. It’s during this appointment that we discuss your new smile: your expectations for treatment, smile goals, oral health needs, and if the TeethXpress protocol is right for you. Similarly, we’ll use this appointment to evaluate your mouth and take CBCT scans. Using both aesthetic planning and digital diagnostics, we can personalize a treatment plan that provides the greatest improvements to your smile’s long-term health, beauty, and function. During this phase, we also use our 3Shape Implant Studio software to virtually plan your prosthetically-driven treatment and design the custom surgical guide we’ll print in-house with our own 3D printer. This digital treatment planning not only ensures we’re providing the most efficient and predictable care but that you get the results you truly want and a new smile that will benefit you for years to come.

Phase two: Guided surgery

Dr Ellis at Ellis & Evans Oral & Facial Surgery

On the day of your dental implant surgery, our priority is to ensure you’re comfortable and relaxed. With full anesthesia capabilities and an on-site anesthesiologist at our office, you can rest assured that your surgery will be pain-free. Once you’re prepped for surgery, we can begin by extracting any remaining teeth and completing bone grafting, if necessary. Because of our expertise and use of digital technology, we may be able to place your dental implants in precise locations in your bone to avoid grafting altogether. This surgery will be efficient and accurate since we’ll be placing the implants using the custom surgical guide. Following the innovative TeethXpress protocol, our lab technician will attach a custom-made provisional once your dental implants are secured in your jaw. You’ll leave our office with a set of teeth that look and function naturally.

Phase three: Final Restoration

The final phase of your treatment will be completed with your restorative dentist, who we’ve been collaborating with throughout your entire treatment process. When your implants are fully healed and fused to your natural jawbone, you’ll return to your dentist’s office to receive your final set of teeth. This prosthetic is completely personalized, attaching perfectly to the dental implants and fitting comfortably in your mouth. As outlined above, these teeth will look beautiful and natural, restoring your ability to bite and chew foods and live a confident life free from pain and embarrassment!
